About the wine
A white wine that requires absolute attention right from the harvest. In a vineyard dedicated to red berries near Monte Santoccio, some Garganega berries defy time, which come from vines over 50 years old.

Tasting note
Eyes: bright golden yellow, nose: Mediterranean herbs, saffron, almonds, smoky, palate: full-bodied, soft and mineral
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meats, vegetarian dishes, fish with sauces.
Vinification
Some of the grapes are harvested very early for Garganega in September and then dried for around 40 days. Another part of the grapes ripen completely and is then harvested in October. The grapes are then brought to the wine cellar, where they are vinified together.
