Tasting note

Vinification
The grapes come from the oldest vines and are briefly dried before pressing. The aging takes place in barriques. Acidity 6.2 g/l, dry extract 37.3 g/l.full-bodied, followed by a slightly bitter taste on the finish, which comes from the noble and ripe tannins. Nice durability. It is certified as an organic wine and vegan, and the grapes are washed before pressing. dry extract 32.5 g/l, acidity 5.5 g/l.
