Tasting note
Intense, white, lively mousseux, persistent, particularly fine-grained perlage. Straw yellow color with a tendency towards bright gold. Intense, very elegant scent, enveloping, discreet and persistent, with hints of honey, apple, chamomile and delicate notes of vanilla, anise and Mediterranean herbs. Full of flavor with great structure and at the same time remarkable elegance. Long-lasting taste in the mouth with pleasant notes of vanilla and ripe fruit. Vinification
The base wine, consisting of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, is aged 65% in 228L pieces and 35% in steel tanks. After assembly, bottle fermentation takes place on the yeast for 48 months. After disgorgement, 180 bottles are aged before this Franciacorta goes on sale.
