About the wine
Feuerbach Steingässle is a location where the Reinecker family has planted Pinot Noir. This sparkling wine is also available in a trio with two other vineyards: Badenweiler Römerberg and Auggen Schäf. The exact same finish of these three Pinot Noir Extra Brut shows the differences between the three Cru vineyards.

Tasting note
Strong, dry sparkling wine with fine perlage, distinct yeast notes, plus quince, baked apple, mirabelle. Slightly oxidative expression with a nice barrique note. The driest sparkling wine that Reinecker sparkling wine makes from its own vines.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all types of terrines, salty quiches, mild pasta dishes and poultry.
Vinification
Vinification and ageing in barriques. Remains on the yeast for 42 months before disgorgement.
