Tasting note
The feldspar Pinot Noir has a bright red color. The bouquet is complex with scents reminiscent of wild berries, spices, sour cherries and violets. On the palate, the wine shows a medium body with fruit aromas and elegant tannins that lead to a long finish. The Greywacke Pinotage has a deep garnet red color with dark purple reflections at a young age. The bouquet is complex with scents reminiscent of wild berries, spices and cherries. On the palate, the wine shows a full body and rich dark chocolate with fruit aromas elegantly balanced by tannins, with a long and persistent finish that reveals a sweetness reminiscent of licorice.

Vinification
The first 10% of the grapes are whole grapes, selected by hand and fermented in Nomblot concrete fermenters, where carbonic maceration takes place on the skins for 10 days. The rest is destemmed and fermented in open oak barrels for 14 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 16 months in 228l French oak barrels with 30% new wood.
