Tasting note
The taste is dry, clean, elegant and particularly silky and long. A structured and important wine that can be found in the glass here. Its pleasant, complex bouquet makes every dish even more valuable, from an aperitif to a sophisticated table.
Culinary recommendation
Like every Trentodoc in class, this wine is ideal as an aperitif and can be enjoyed throughout a menu.
Vinification
The first fermentation takes place partly in barriques and stainless steel. The second fermentation takes place in the classic bottle, as intended for Trento DOC. The wine is then aged on the yeasts for at least 36 months to achieve an elegance that is only possible with this noble method. The dosage is minimal so as not to impair the natural properties resulting from the extremely favourable environmental conditions in Trentino, the long aging period and particularly careful, artisanal processing.
