Tasting note
Strong ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, a complex bouquet unfolds with notes of red berries, ripe plum, elderberry and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by cedarwood and spicy nuances as a sign of barrel maturity. falstaff. Vinification
After hand harvesting, they are destemmed and fermented with prolonged maceration on the skins. After alcoholic fermentation, the must remains on the mash for an additional week; after malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 14-18 months in new oak barrels and barriques before being aged in the bottle for at least one year.
