Das Duftspektrum des Domaine de la Bolliattaz Chasselas Grand Cru von Blumen und Kräutern zeigt aromatische Komplexität und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Nuancen von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Leichter Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den Weisswein, welcher im Mund jede Menge Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. The degree of ripeness of the grapes is regularly monitored shortly before harvesting in order to determine the optimal harvest time. The harvest amount is strictly limited to guarantee the highest quality. The harvest is picked by hand and sorted out after arrival in the cellar to keep only the best berries. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged on the fine yeast in stainless steel tanks. A slight filtration takes place before bottling.
