Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of Domaine de Crochet Cuvée Charles-Auguste Etikette Hans Erni Grand Cru of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of character with a very unique structure. The playful nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper then reveal their own character. Its noble ruby red is the icing on the cake of any special evening. Your friends will tell you. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which harmoniously develops its complex structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Ripeness monitoring to determine harvest time, yield limit, harvest and hand-pick to keep berries intact. Additional sorting out of the best berries upon arrival in the cellar. Maceration on the skins for approximately three weeks. Ageing on fine lees in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months.
