About the wine
The Juan Gil family has introduced a non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine based on Tempranillo and Syrah for the first time. The name “Disfrutando 0.0%” is an allusion to the German word “genießen”, as the translation suggests.

Tasting note
Bright light pink in color, the non-alcoholic sparkling wine impresses with intense aromas of currants and fresh strawberries. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-integrated acidity, very refreshing and has a long and elegant finish.
Vinification
Winemaking, dealcoholization and subsequent carbonization take place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature until bottling. A proprietary process combining vacuum distillation at 30°C and inverted cone technology was developed for this new alcohol-free rosé. This process is intended to capture 100 percent of the volatile components in an internal continuous process. This makes dealcoholization of up to 0.02 percent possible.
