About the wine

Tasting note
Elegant complexity, lovely mineral aromas. Tasty on the palate, it develops spread notes of linden blossom and flint.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fine fish dishes such as fried zander or whitefish fillet, with poultry in cream sauce or with soft cheeses such as Tomme Vaudoise or Brie de Meaux.
Vinification
The grapes from Dézaley's steep terraces are harvested by hand. After careful pressing, fermentation traditionally takes place in stainless steel tanks or sometimes in large wooden barrels, depending on the producer. The aging on fine yeast gives the wine depth and structure. The Grand Cru classification guarantees the highest quality from one of Lavaux's most renowned locations.
