Tasting note
Wonderful cuvée composed of half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Although the grapes come entirely from the 2019 harvest, it is not an “official” vintage champagne, as it was disgorged after just two years of yeast storage. Inviting nose with aromas of citrus fruits, juicy Golden Deliciouse, nectarines and some rose hips, finely framed with notes of white flowers, nuts, honeycombs and a subtle mineral chalk touch. Juicy fresh on the palate, with great fruit sweetness and yet another fine spiciness in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, starters, spinach and goat cheese tart, baked mushrooms with cranberries or pumpkin risotto, but also with light fish and poultry dishes.
