About the wine
The winemaker from the Jean-Luc Colombo winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. With this powerful Shiraz 2012 — Cornas Terres Brulees, the term flavor takes on a new meaning. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Shiraz with barbecue or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
On the nose, beautiful aromas of ripe, black berries, sweet spices, black pepper and a nice hearty taste. Extremely balancing acidity, high concentration with high fruit intensity, very well-integrated spices from new oak, lots of depth of flavor and a nice integrated, spicy note. The tannins are velvety and, despite their high intensity, are very well integrated. Long-lasting black fruit and dark chocolate finish
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled or braised lamb, game dishes, dark meats or strong cheese. It also goes wonderfully with duck breast with cranberry sauce or grilled vegetables and brings out its intense aromas.
