About the wine
Brut du Valais Millésimé made from perfectly ripened Chardonnay grapes impresses with fine perlage and aromas of ripe fruit and brioche. After 36 months of aging, it is complex and elegant — ideal for special moments.

Tasting note
For the eye: light lemon yellow, very fine and even perlage. On the nose: complex, floral, with a nutty undertone and a slight note of toast. In the mouth: elegant and pleasantly lively. In the mouth, round, balanced, with a hint of lime. Long aftertaste, very harmonious, accompanied by a touch of honey.
Culinary recommendation
Brut du Valais Millésimé is drunk as an aperitif, with a complete meal of fish, crustaceans or meat. Sweet and fruity at the same time, he knows how to conquer the young generation as well as experienced lovers.
Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes, which are harvested when fully ripe, are pressed without mashing or destemming. Slow foaming in bottles, 36 months of storage on slats in a cellar at a constant temperature, then precise shaking and slurring give Brut du Valais Millésimé all the qualities of a large sparkling wine.
