Clos du Val d'Eleon AOC 2019 - Domaine Marc Kreydenweiss

A very balanced wine, with a pure nose with aromas of white fruits. On the palate, it is straight and firm, with a fine minerality, representative of the terroir. Clos de Val d'Eleon is an isolated location that was found 35 years ago by Kreydenweiss, hidden in a forest. Due to its location in the middle of the forest, the grapes are only harvested later. The long ripening period is reflected in the aromas of ripe fruits, which are, however, beautifully balanced by the stimulating acidity. The wine shows slight notes of oxidation with the aroma of cashew nuts and dried apricots.
