Das Bukett des Clos du Châtelard Clos Rouge Grand Cru von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Noten von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher ausgewogen mit feinen Tanninen im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Goes well with appetizers, sausages, poultry, fish from the lake and river, cheese.
Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Monitoring the degree of ripeness to determine the harvest time, limit yield, harvest and selection by hand so that the berries remain intact.
