Tasting note
Bright, pale yellow Delicate and fascinating on the nose, it reveals a symphony of fruit aromas such as lemon, grapefruit and mandarin. Fresh, lively and juicy on the palate with fine fruit pulp. An exciting and original wine with lots of personality.
Vinification
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 15-17ºC. The alcoholic fermentation took 10-12 days to develop the desired aromas and properties. After fermentation, the wine ages on fine yeasts for a further 3 months, which contributes to an additional depth of flavor and complexity. Bottling takes place from February, which gives the wine enough time to develop and stabilize in the bottle. This process contributes to the quality and flavor profile of the wine.
