Tasting note
The grapes are picked by hand early in the morning to give this wine its typical character with aromas of yellow fruits such as quark and peach and a light and persistent aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chicken pate with mushroom cream sauce. Roasted root vegetables.
Vinification
The grapes were carefully selected by hand and put into the press immediately after destemming. After around two hours of skin contact, fermentation took place at controlled 15—16 °C in stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation was complete after ten days. With a total yield of 600 liters per ton, the wine was then left on the fine yeast for four months to give it more structure and depth.
