About the wine
The estate was founded in 1967 by the father of Bernard Duseigneur — a fifth-generation winemaker. Bernard conducts it according to the rules of biodynamics. This is based on the conviction that only natural viticulture can fully transfer the quality of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's first-class soils to the wine. The fact that grapes' own yeasts are used instead of modern breeding yeasts belongs in the same picture, because these natural yeasts produce more complex and profound plants. Because elegant, finesse, aromatically rich wines: that is what Bernard wants to produce.

Vinification
Fermented with natural yeast in cement tanks, aged for 12 months in Demi-Muids.
