The Château de Vullierens Garanoir's refreshing spectrum of red currant and pepper flirts skillfully with your sense of smell. Afterwards, playful nuances of violets, cloves and blackberries resolutely and consciously convince your senses of taste. A red wine with a medium-bodied and fresh acidity, which develops its complex structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Monitoring the degree of ripeness to determine when to harvest, limit yield, harvest and select by hand so that the berries remain intact.
