Tasting note
Shiny light straw yellow. Flattering and charming on the nose. Notes of pineapple, ripe pome fruit, linden blossoms and citrus zest. Lively and elegant on the palate, with crisp acidity and lovely aromas. Juicy and persistent on the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Delicious as an aperitif, with freshwater fish, fried zucchini blossoms.
Vinification
After careful harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and cold macerated for 12 to 16 hours. A small part of the young wine is aged in oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks.
