About the wine
Mandois is one of the few remaining family-run champagne producers. Since Victor Mandois relied on his own champagne production in 1905, the focus has been on the highest quality. Today, the family cultivates 35 hectares of prime locations in Champagne and vinifies in a historic, deep cellar from the 18th century — the basis for the freshness and longevity of their champagnes.

Tasting note
The favorite champagne of many sommeliers. This top cuvée is extremely elegant, fresh and with subtle fruit notes of grapefruit and apricots. On the palate, the round, long, slightly meaty finish delights. A real treat!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, light fish dishes, scallop carpaccio, light poultry, just to enjoy.
Vinification
From the locations of the villages of Chouilly, Vertus and Pierry. The pure Chardonnay cuvée brings out the elegance of Mandois champagnes. The Blanc de Blancs is only very lightly dosed so that the naturalness of Chardonnay can fully develop.
