About the wine
The Champagne Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru by Robert Moncuit comes from the renowned town of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs, one of Champagne's most prestigious Grand Cru locations. The family-run winery exclusively cultivates Chardonnay vines on calcareous soils, which give the wines their characteristic finesse and minerality.

Tasting note
In the glass, this champagne has a light golden color and fine mousseux. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and a hint of brioche develop. On the palate, it is precise and elegant, with lively acidity, mineral depth and a long, dry finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif and goes just as well with fine dishes such as oysters, scallops, sashimi or goat cheese. Its freshness and minerality go particularly well with light, aromatic dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Biological acid degradation takes place to make the wines more harmonious. The champagne then matures on fine lees for several months before being disgorged with a low dosage of 2—4 g/l as extra brut.
