Chablis AOC/b 2024 - Jean Collet et Fils

The Chablis without any additional name, i.e. no Premier Cru or location name, is an unbelievable surprise. It comes from several locations, most of them in the immediate vicinity of the large, famous locations of the hills around the village of Chablis. Over the course of seven generations, the Collet-Pinot family has purchased the best plots of land at every opportunity. This is the only way to explain the mineral character of this charming wine, which is characterized by refreshing, lively notes of citrus fruits without being acidic. Quite the contrary: it shows a beautiful, rounded finish.
