About the wine
A powerful, elegant red wine with intense dark fruit, fine spiciness and velvety tannin. Complex, harmonious and long-lasting — a lace alpine blend with great finesse.
Tasting note
On the nose, ripe dark berries, blackberries, cassis and plums, accompanied by violets, fine spices and a hint of graphite. Powerful, dense yet supple on the palate, with ripe, fine-grained tannin and fresh, lively acidity. Complex aromas of dark fruit, herbs and fine wood. The finale is long, precise and mineral.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with aged beef, lamb chops, game dishes, hearty pasta dishes, risotto with mushrooms, truffle dishes or aged mountain cheese. A versatile companion for aromatic, rich cuisine.
Vinification
Each batch was pressed separately and the mash fermentation took place in a wooden vat, spontaneously with the grape's own yeasts. The maceration time was depending on Variety between 10 and 20 days. In keeping with our style, we wanted to focus on finesse and elegance Set. The eighteen-month timber construction took place in Barrique, with half of the barrels being new. First The individual wines are blended just before filling.
