About the wine
The Casa de la Ermita family winery was founded in 1999 in the heart of the Sierra del Carche Valley, a national park in the Jumilla wine region, south of Valencia. I come from carefully selected grapes from our vineyards on the north side of the Sierra del Carches mountain range, at an altitude of 700 meters.

Tasting note
My aromas unfold in a variety of white fruits such as peaches, pears, pineapples and passion fruit, mixed with delicate notes of jasmine and orange blossom, which give me an exotic note. On the palate, I am fresh, with a nice character and remarkable persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, salads, grilled seafood, mussel pasta with some chilli, white fish or paella.
Vinification
To maintain their freshness, my grapes are harvested at night. Fermentation and expansion are then carried out in steel tanks. I am a blend of Viognier, Chardonnay and Macabeo. My small share of the Spanish grape variety Macabeo gives my flowery, fruity character a herbal and salty note.
