Tasting note
The “Carmel 4 Vats” is a Mediterranean blend that, thanks to the different grape varieties and the unique processing method, points to an impressive innovation. The winemakers aim to produce a fresh and fruity wine that is similar to the southern French classic Mediterranean.
Culinary recommendation
Combine the drop with lamb chops, fried tuna or an Emmental cheese.
Vinification
The wine consists of Marselan, Argaman, Carignan and Caladoc as well as other high-quality grape varieties. The vineyards are located in various areas of Israel, such as the Judean Hills, the southern part of the Carmel Mountain and in the Upper Galilee. After mixing the juices, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.
