About the wine
ARIEL Vineyards are owned by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines. The high-quality grapes grow on the renowned Californian Central Coast, spread between Monterey and Paso Robles. The grape varieties grown there are fermented in a similar way to traditional wines. Some single-variety wines are even aged in oak barrels, then refined and filtered. Finally, 99.5% of alcohol is removed through a cold filtration process. As a result, the traditional characteristics of the wine remain. ARIEL has received great recognition and awards all over the world for its de-alcoholed wines.

Tasting note
Inspired by the ethereal spirit Ariel s from Shakespeare's work, this oak-aged, alcohol-free Cabernet Sauvignon seduces with sumptuous aromas of blackcurrants, cherries and blueberries, underscored by fine chocolate notes. Gentle tannins and a dry finish reflect Ariel's poetic nature.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb, sauce dishes, Texas chili and wood-fired pizza.
Vinification
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this Cabernet Sauvignon is carefully separated from the skins. A portion is then aged in oak barrels to gain depth and complexity. Shortly before bottling, the alcohol is gently removed so that the pure character and unadulterated taste of Cabernet Sauvignon are retained.
