Brut Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG/bc 2024 - L'Antica Quercia

The Glera vines, which produce Matiù Prosecco, stand on the moraine soil below the old oak tree on the hillside sloping to the southeast. The grapes are of course picked by hand, processed and pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place at a cool temperature and the wine remains on its fine yeast over the winter. The second fermentation takes place in spring after harvesting in a container, which does not allow the resulting carbonic acid to escape. Tasting note: Light straw yellow in colour with delicate and stylish perlage. The nose is fresh with notes of citrus, medicinal herbs and crunchy fruits. On the palate, the perlage is creamy and highlights the fresh and citrusy notes on the finish.
