About the wine
The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is the flagship of Cattier. It combines the best grapes from nine selected vineyards in the Montagne de Reims — in particular from Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes. The result: a champagne with fresh elegance, fine fruitiness and harmonious roundness.

Tasting note
Pale yellow color with silver reflections, citrus and exotic fruits on the nose, complemented by notes of pear, orange blossom, honey and ginger. On the palate, it opens Blanc de Blanc with a creamy texture and a nice acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It is the perfect aperitif champagne, but is also great with a seafood platter, turbot in creamy sauce or even sashimi. Simply delicious with ripe goat cheese.
Vinification
Blanc de Blanc consists of 50% vintage wine and 50% reserve wine. Storage on yeast: at least 36 months.
