About the wine
A lively, sweet red wine with a fruity character and fine balance. With this charming brachetto, Fabio Perrone shows how uncomplicated and at the same time expressive Piedmontese pleasure can be. The carefully picked grapes are carefully processed, then fermented in a temperature-controlled manner for a fresh, aromatic result with youthful charm.

Tasting note
A light ruby shade that tends to pink. The nose is dominated by pleasant and fresh aromas that are reminiscent of small red fruits. On the palate, it is light, lean and fresh, with a balanced sweet component.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent for rounding off lunches and dinners, where it accompanies dry pastries and desserts with various ingredients. Especially with a good berry pie.
Vinification
The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest, are mashed at a controlled temperature for one to two days after harvesting. The grapes are then peeled and the must ferments in steel tanks for about two weeks.
