About the wine
The grapes for Bonomo Sexaginta, the most characteristic Custoza wine from Monte del Frà, grow on Custoza's mineral-rich moraine soils. It develops its full personality during maturation in the barrel. A sophisticated, multi-faceted wine for connoisseurs, the result of a long process of experimentation to find the ideal method of taking Garganega, Bianca Fernanda and Trebbiano Toscano to a new level.

Vinification
Fermentation first in stainless steel tanks, then in 500 l tonneaux, contact with fine yeast for 12 months, cuveting of grape varieties in stainless steel tanks, bottling 2 years after harvest, bottle aging for 6 months
