About the wine
In 2011, the Alta Langa appellation of origin achieved DOCG status for sparkling wines that are pressed according to the “Metodo Classico” (bottle fermentation). The growing area stretches in the hills on the right bank of the Tanaro River and is relatively small at around 80 hectares.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow, the perlage is fine and lively. A complex bouquet, the distinct notes of bread crust and yeast also leave room for clear, pure fruit. Direct, filling and persistent on the palate but maintains freshness and elegance. A multi-faceted sparkling wine.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fine seafood, oysters, sushi or fish carpaccio. Also with goat cheese, truffle dishes or as an elegant aperitif.
