About the wine
The family company Azienda Agricola Enzo Boglietti has been pressing its own grapes since 1991. The region's typical varieties now grow on 22 hectares. The winery has made a name for itself in the wine world with Barolo cultivated in Neuholz in France for a very long time. In the meantime, the wines have tended to become more delicate and elegant again, and are still in the top league in the Barolo region.

Das Bouquet des Barolo Case Nere DOCG von Anis spielt virtuos mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Anschliessend überzeugen feine Nuancen von Rosen und Kirsche resolut und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Kräftiger Körper und hervorstechende Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher kräftig mit dominanten Gerbstoffen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Vinification
18 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with daily stirring. 15 months aging in barriques, 90% of which are new ones, 15 months in large wooden barrels and 8 months in bottle storage.
