The Barolo Capalot Vecchie Viti DOCG Burzi 2020 is an exquisite Barolo from Piedmont, obtained from old Nebbiolo vines. This wine offers exceptional depth and elegance, characterized by the power of old vines.

Tasting note
Start with fine wild berry fruit, herbs, violets and rosewood, plus black tea and spices. On the palate, this red wine is full-bodied with fine-grained tannins, wonderful balance and fullness, and a long, powerful finish. A great Barolo!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes, beef, truffle dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
After destemming and crushing, spontaneous fermentation begins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maceration takes between 35 and 45 days. The wine is aged in 30 hl Stockinger oak barrels and the last few months before bottling, the wine is also aged in concrete tanks.
