Tasting note
The eye is shown in sparkling white gold with fine-pearled moussage, which slowly rises. Subtle aromas of yeast and sand cookies with nuances of lemon cake, bright flowers and integrated minerality delight the nose. In the mouth, it looks juicy and full-bodied and a perlage shines, which is wonderfully integrated. In the end, a full-bodied finish that harmonizes all components stylishly and lasts a long time.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation process take place at 18 degrees in thermoregulated steel tanks. After 3-4 years of bottle aging on fine yeast, remove it and give it a dosage of 5g/L.
