Assemblage blanc du Valais AOC BELLE ETOILE 2023 - Provins

This cuvée combines the traditional old grape varieties Humagne Blanche, Amigne and Malvoisie. Since they were often planted on the same plot, they had also been harvested and pressed together. To ensure that the aromas of each variety are optimally expressed, the young wines are now only blended after alcoholic fermentation and mature together in the tank. The wine smells of yellow flowers, ripe quinces and fresh herbs.
