Tasting note
Strong dark red. Subtle wood aromas on the nose with blackberry and cassis aromas. On the palate, very broad fruit with tobacco notes and vanilla. Long-lasting aftertaste with well-integrated tannins and well-balanced acid structure.

Goes well with red meats, lamb, game, capuns, pizokels
Vinification
This Pinot Noir selection grows on the best episcopal vineyards in Zizers and Trimmis. The harvested grapes are cooled to 6° C for approx. 8 to 10 days (macération a fruid). After a slight heating, spontaneous fermentation is carried out.
