About the wine
Grown on clay and limestone soils on the last foothills of the Illasi Valley. After 20-30 days of fermentation, the grapes are air-dried in small wooden boxes for 5 — 6 months. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 3 — 4 years. Red color with purple reflections that change to garnet red with age. Good structure with fine tannins and aromas of ripe fruit, plums, blackberries, cherries, cinnamon and cloves, some leather and various spices
