Tasting note
This Amarone Riserva has a deep garnet red. On the nose, strong aromas of raspberries, strawberries, plums, elderflowers, cherry liqueur, sweet spicy notes and some rum inspire. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and concentrated with aromas of cherry and berry jam, milk chocolate, some eucalyptus, velvety tannins and juicy acidity. A top amarone with an almost endless finish

Vinification
The Amarone Riserva destinÉe is dedicated to grandparents Costanza and Giorgio Rubinelli. The carefully selected grapes rest in the in-house tuff drying cellar for around four months. In the process, the grapes are dried and the aromas are concentrated. The fermentation process then takes place at cool temperatures. The wine is then aged for approx. 10 years, first in 50 hl oak barrels and then in the bottle. The wine is produced in small batches only in the best vintages (approx. 1500 bottles). A top-class Riserva!
