Tasting note
Soft pink, fine and persistent perlage, with fruity notes of raspberries and sweet spices, wrapped in pleasant yeast notes. On the palate, it is elegant and dynamic, with a graceful freshness and delicate creaminess.
Culinary recommendation
Appetizer, also goes well with fish appetizers and seafood. Interesting with oriental dishes and spicy dishes in general.
Vinification
The two varieties are fermented separately at 15-16°C (rosé vinification of Pinot Noir grapes with short maceration and mash fermentation on the skins) 2. Bottle fermentation approx. 24 months.
