“Medium-density ruby red. Moderately intensive, complex nose. Very rich on the palate, with a soft, almost silky texture with ripe, soft tannins, well-integrated acidity, very intense and complex fruit notes such as dried plums and ripe strawberries with well-integrated roasted aromas. Dense, with a long, powerful finish. A super garnacha made from grapes harvested noticeably overripe, highly attractive, complex and with further development potential.”

Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and in the wine cellar. The maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place in large French oak barrels, where the malolactic fermentation also takes place. The adan then matures in French and American oak barrels. Ageing: 12 months in large French oak barrels, 36 months in French and American oak barrels and 15 months in bottle for Gran Reserva
