Tasting note
Straw yellow color with golden reflections, interspersed with a very fine and persistent perlage. The fragrance bouquet unfolds widely and multi-layered with sensual notes ranging from candied citrus and ripe fruit to captivating aromas of dried fruit and spices. Smooth and vibrant on the palate, with distinctive acidity and mineral notes.

Goes well with beef tartare, white meat, half-ripe cheeses, grilled vegetables, crustaceans
Vinification
Some of the Chardonnay ferments and matures in barriques, while the rest of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero are fermented separately according to grape varieties in stainless steel and then refined on the lees for a few months. This is followed by a bottle fermentation of 56 months.
