I didn't really want to produce an entry-level wine, but rather a gateway drug. It should really start right away. And it works too
This dark ruby red Zweigelt with purple reflections delights with its fruity aromas of black cherry, sour cherry and ripe wild berries. On the palate, on the other hand, a lot of fruit with a soft melt, a pleasant spiciness, velvety tannins and a slight extract sweetness. Zweigelt can taste so nice
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light meat dishes, Austrian specialities such as Wiener Schnitzel, poultry, vegetarian dishes, barbecues, pizza, pasta, etc.
Vinification
The grapes for this Zweigelt come mainly from the Kart vineyard. After manual harvesting, fermentation is carried out spontaneously with natural yeasts in 2000l stainless steel tanks. Biological acid degradation and further aging on fine yeast takes place partly in steel tanks and partly in small oak barrels.
