About the wine
Love for Burgenland tradition and love for nature: that is what drives Triebaumers in their work. They produce plants that can be attributed to their origin at any time. Of course, Blaufränkisch dominates, which they know perfectly both in the fine-cherry-fruity variety and in the complex, spicy one. Respect for their sites and soils is reflected in their abstinence from synthetic fertilisers, herbicides and insecticides. In 25 out of 26 points, their viticulture is also organic-organic.

Vinification
Harvested in mid-September 2023 in the Bandkräftn and Gertberg vineyards. Rebeling, mash fermentation in a closed steel tank at 30°C for 7 days, then maceration time for 2 more days, gentle pressing, BSA and further storage in stainless steel tanks. Then in large, used oak barrels.
