Tasting note
Intense, bright purple red. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as raspberries and cherries, complemented by notes of herbs, pepper and a fine, smoky nuance. Elegant on the palate with fresh acidity and well-integrated tannins, which ensure a balanced structure. The aftertaste is long and aromatic.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled lamb, pork or chicken with herbs. It also goes well with Mediterranean dishes such as ratatouille, mushroom dishes or strong cheeses such as Manchego or goat cheese.
