Zinnia - La Jasse Castel

Bright purple sparkly. Youthful, fruity, floral scents flow out of the glass and bewitch like a blooming flower garden. The grapes are harvested just before they are fully ripe to preserve their freshness. After destemming, they remain in the tank for three days to obtain only the primary, particularly fine extraction aromas. A “vin de plaisir pour les grands et petits”, light as the wind blowing up the slopes of the Terrasses du Larzac from the sea. For the label, Pascale was allowed to use a picture by photographer Katharina von Flotow, a wonderfully colored picture full of zinnias.
