About the wine
This first non-alcoholic white wine from the ZERONIMO family was vinified from 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes. The vineyards are over 40 years old and come from Wagram. The dry white wine was aged classically in stainless steel tanks and the alcohol was then removed to preserve the aroma. For even more noble and authentic wine aromas, aroma recovery was also used, in which the aromas are recovered from the extracted alcohol content into the dealcoholized wine over several days. Zeronimo Grüner Veltliner is an expression of elegance and authenticity and brings Grüner Veltliner aromas to the palate — without limits.

Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: A lively scent of green apple and lemon blends with subtle floral notes. Character: Tangy and fruity on the palate with a digestible acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and poultry, baked porcini mushrooms, asparagus dishes, or with a Wiener Schnitzel.
Vinification
Aging in stainless steel tanks. Then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.
