About the wine
Sebastien Congretel used to live in the 11th arrondissement of Paris and has been a winemaker in Beaujolais since 2015. He lives with his wife Charlotte on his parents-in-law's estate in Lantignié. He was able to acquire small plots in Morgon and Régnié, from which he produced two wines and he came to the help of Julien and Antoine Sunier, two natural wine icons from Beaujolais. Sebastien ferments his grapes, which come from vines over 60 years old, with natural yeasts in cement tanks. The wine is then aged in old oak barrels and bottled without filtration.

Tasting note
The Morgon “Vin de Zélébrité” shows a lot of drinking crucifixion. Raspberry colors. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant and spices. The palate is very multifaceted, generous, animating and velvety.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Zélébrité Morgon AOC goes well with chimichurri, duck with plum sauce and cheese. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2021.
Vinification
Hand picked. Spontaneously fermented in concrete barrels. Aged for 6 months in 5-year-old oak barrels and in Fuder. Unfiltered.
