About the wine

The “Yarden Syrah” shows characters of ripe black and red fruits as well as notes of earth, smoke, spices and anise seeds. This results in a great varietal character and an impressive concentration of flavor. The “Yarden Syrah” is produced exclusively from Syrah grapes grown on vineyards at altitudes of 600 to 1000 meters on the central and northern Golan Heights. The wine aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels. A “Yarden Syrah” bottle can be enjoyed from the moment you buy it. However, it improves with patience and stays in excellent drinking condition for a decade or even longer. Combine the wine with beef goulash, grilled lamb chops with garlic and basil, or sautéed mixed mushrooms.
